Prospectly Terms of Service

These terms explain the core expectations for using Prospectly during beta access.

Beta product

Prospectly is still an early-stage product. Features, pricing details, and lead-search quality may change as the product matures.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for the credentials used on your account and for the searches or exports initiated from that account.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prospectly for spam, illegal outreach, or any activity that violates platform or provider terms. Accounts that abuse the product may be suspended.

Billing

Paid checkouts are processed on Stripe. Trials, cancellations, and future plan changes are handled according to the offer shown at checkout.
